Bible Compass

Diakonos Training Center (DTC) is the official ministry of education for the Church of Emmanuel (USA). Thanks to our partnership with the MentorLink Institute, DTC provides quality education for those in preparation for vocational ministry as Christian ministers as well as the office of a deacon. Our MentorLink International program is accredited by the Trainers of Pastors International Coalition (TOPIC), a Global Partner of the World Evangelical Alliance. This programmatic accreditation both ensures and safeguards the teaching of Christian doctrine in accordance with the “the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints” (Jude 1:3).

Introduction to Christian Leadership (CLD 101) is free of charge for those who are serious about living and leading according to the principles of Kingdom leadership given by Jesus and applied in the early church. It is suitable for men and women who are marketplace leaders, denomination leaders, NGO leaders, ministry organizational leaders, church leaders, Bible study leaders, house church leaders, compassion ministry leaders, and anyone who wants to learn how to lead in the pattern of Jesus and how to mentor others for Kingdom work and leadership. This class also serves as the introductory course for the Certificate in Christian Leadership (CCL). This series of five additional courses builds leaders who conform to Jesus in heart, character, and ministry leadership through the mentoring process, equipping them to develop other leaders who do the same.
